The following resources are designed to assist you technically with MAE 3.0. For the latest information, visit the MAE web site.

If you wish to informally let The MAE Engineering Team know about a potential problem, you can file a Bug Report. Please note that although we read all submissions, we generally do not respond. We regret that we are not able to offer e-mail support at this time but are investigating it as a future support mechanism.
If you wish to officially report an issue with MAE, you must call for support as follows:
- In the U.S., call Apple's Direct Response Center at +1 (800) SOS-APPL x943
- In Canada, you can reach Apple at +1 (800) 263-3394
- Outside North America, call your local Apple/Claris authorized support organization
